Laker considering a transition to SkyWest
I have been visting this site for about a year. I have found a great deal of good information. I am considering a position at SkyWest. I have been flying at Great Lakes for several months and although the flying and pilot group is pretty awesome, the rest of the experience is lacking. If you have worked at Lakes you know what I mean. Anyone with a recommendation?

I'm a new CFI, CFII beginning my aviation career. Lower time with 370 hours and looking to learn as much as possible. My immediate goals are to instruct and try to earn a position in the right seat of a regional airline.

Hi friends,
I just registered so I can post in one thread and now I'm realizing I am here to stay.
I live in Studio City, CA. I own a Degree in Computer Science but have not been developing myself in that field for a while.
My desire (or passion I would say) for flying dates back when I was a kid. Sadly, my life did not provide me with the opportunity to pursue that dream...until now.
I was born, raised and lived until my 25th birthday in a small European country. Then I moved to the States. I speak English fluently but with accent. My written English is not bad either (I think).
I've been researching for the past few weeks the best path I have to take to become a professional pilot. This lead me here.
