Introduce yourself

Mod Note:
55 pages and 550 introductory posts later, I just want to take this time to welcome everyone to APC. I am very pleased to see so many new members coming from so many different backgrounds. The diversity here continues to astound me each and every day.
If you haven't discovered already, you will find that we have a pretty good group with everyone willing to help out whether it's a question on flight training, a technical question or even just a load check. Here, you will find a wealth of information most or all of which were supplied by people who have been in the industry for a long time. Their personal and hard earned perspective are invaluable to the next generation of aviators.
Rest assured that the forum administrators and moderators continue to work hard to make this place a vibrant, welcoming one. If there are any problems or concerns, please contact us and we'll look into the matter forthwith! In the meantime, I hope you have a good experience and when you log off, you either would have learned something new or helped someone new.
Happy Posting everyone!

Student graduating with his masters in aerospace engineering and wanting to fly after graduation. Have 5hrs of flight logged in my pilots log but want to get pilot's license for personal pleasure. Overall planning to work as an engineer but want to fly for my own purposes (flying has always been a passion of mine). Hoping to make a way to do both as a career. Now as I am close to the end of my studies I am trying to pickup advice from current pilots.
