Default Progressive Car Insurance

Well, it looks like Progressive has stepped in it. To keep from paying a $75,000 insurance settlement to the estate of one of their clients who was killed in a car accident, Progressive decided to represent in court the defendant -- the person who killed their client. Pretty sleazy if you ask me.

I expect sleazy lawyers. I just didn't think an insurance company would go to such levels as to not pay your claim.
