I guess I should have explained more. My very first reaction would be a big daze. Then I'd sit down and right a nice well thoughout letter to my employer stating "f$#k you I quit".

Then you could sit down again and write another "f$#k you I quit" letter to my employer. I mean that is after you give me 25 mil. LOL

That was my first thought. $50 million one time gift = $25 (?) after taxes. Living on intrest earned minus taxes is still something, but most everyone forgets how much the rich pay in taxes in this country. I'm not sure if I'd like to be in that tax bracket.

House at the beach, house in the mountains (not huge mansions, maybe 4000 sq ft or so), a couple boats, and a new truck. Nothing fancy, maybe a new Z71 or something like that. I'd quit my job, stay in the Guard (part time, of course), and maybe substitute teach. Coach HS football or baseball, maybe.

Then I'd spend the rest on my girl and booze!
