That's when you gotta apply the Stds manual equally, quid pro quo.
These DB's always step on it and then the train derails. I can play sharp shooter as good as the other DB.

It's an easy job. No reason to be a jerk and make it difficult by doing weird things. Next time be standard wait until 18 to call for it.

TOTD: anyone who makes this job harder than it really is. I had a captain years ago give me sh!t for calling descents at 19,500. "What happens if ATC tells you to level off at 190?", he asks. I'll push the std button. Is that so difficult? Does it really matter, especially at high descent rates?

That may not be the best example, but seriously, this is the easiest job on the planet. Some folks need to relax!!!!!!!!!!!
