MOD INPUT: Please limit this discussion to etiquette and not get into details about cockpit access procedures.

thanx zach... also, on the website for commutair for example... their jump policy says, "CommutAir has operations based in KCLE and KEWR. CommutAir flies a fleet of Bombardier Q-200 and Q-300 aircraft for United/Continental Airlines. They are a CASS approved carrier and offer the aft flight attendant jumpseat to CommutAir pilots only."
does this mean if im workin for expressjet that i cant jumpseat with them? only non-rev?

You have access to the cockpit JS using CASS. You would also flow back to a cabin seat if one is available.
However, the extra flight attendant jumpseat would not be available to you.
