This demographic tends be very law abiding. They know the law and they tend to follow it. If the law says to steer clear of Part 121-type airports, they will obey. You don't get to enjoy octogenarian distemper through a long history of shoplifting incidents. If we give this demographic free reign of class D thru G airports in a light single, no harm. I would say to limit power to 200 to keep their speed down if they screw up.
