Default Hurricane Irene threatening SE Florida

What a massive storm!

Eeriely reminds me of the track that Hurricane Andrew, Francis and Jean took. Those storms were to turn towards the north and didn't. The thing that frightens me about this storm is that it's expected to pass by during the night-time hours. Experienced a small tornado at night during Hurricane Francis and it was nothing nice.

If you folks don't want it, we in Texas could use a foot of rain.

Default Go ahead Bridgekeeper, I am not afraid!

Went through Hugo in '89 - 100 miles inland. Hugo cut a SC barrier island in half!

These storms are not fun!
