Default Flying into the DC SFRA

Looking at doing an Angel flight from KCPK to KHEF. I have done the online FAA course and just wondering if there is anything else I should be looking at. I will be on an IFR flight plan so it seems like it is pretty straight forward (IFR flight plan, comms with ATC and squak). Any thoughts are welcomed.

I will be flying my Skyhawk so the speed restriction is a non-issue :>(

IFR takes all of the work out of it - just like a normal IFR x-cty. No problems in or out, especially since HEF is towered.

Good luck and thanks for volunteering for AF.
