So has anyone seen Airbus' designs for 2050? Me thinks their designers have been playing too much Halo while waiting on Boeing to get back into the business.

That looks like the least structurally efficient design I've ever seen.

ROTFLMAO... you got it Phuz... THAT is the future of airbus... they already made the pilots redundant, the next step is to get rid of 'em altogether

The Captain is downstairs, laying on his belly, and looking out through a small window. He's assisted by an R2 unit as his co-pilot.

So we're going to fly this puppy from home? Let's see, hopefully they'll use the gate agent computer system codes to do it.

Vectored across final, turn back to 240, intercept the localizer and cleared the ILS?
Okay, I type: FF/GHT/1DD\GGGG-1049AT/JS/GHF- enter

Hilarious!

I'd think after pax witnessed a few birdstrikes firsthand, or the crab on a crosswind landing, congress would pass something to outright ban air travel. Stick to side windows!
