Regional vs. college
Hello all, first time posting. I'm just looking for some advice. I may have an opportunity in the not to distant future to get picked up by a regional, the problem is I'm am senior in college. I still have a full year of classes left. Is it a better move to take a job with a regional build time and finish college on-line, or finish college and wait the extra year to try and get picked up after graduation?

DUUUUUUUUDE!!!!! What ever you do do not forgo your senior year in college to go to the airline equivalent of HIGH SCHOOL. Which by the way is ran by the people who wore hockey helmets to school and rode the short bus. Finish school, and if you can, skip the regionals all together.

I second the duuuudddde statement. And probably anyone with half a brain on this one. The airlines will always be there. If you don't finish your degree life has a way of getting in the way. School is cool. Get your degree period dot. I have know people to drop out and go back but they are the exception not the rule. Good luck!

Those were a lot of quick responses telling you to stay in school. Here are the questions I have:
1-Are you able to finish your degree online? Make sure you can before you bail.
2-Do you think you are capable of finishing your degree while working full time?
If the answers to both of these questions are "yes", then I would say do it. Seniority is everything in this industry. However, college is a life of a lot of fun and little to no responsibility... are you sure you want to leave that?
And before get beat up by others for saying this... Yes I have a degree (two actually).
