Do you list your title after your name?

I prefer the title 'Supreme Aircraft Commander'. Depending on the day and the leg, I'm either the Left SAC or the Right SAC.
There was a local pilot who used to list himself in the phone book as "Captain Joe Pilot". He was quite big on himself and not too amused when one of his fellow aviators called the phone company and told them that he had been promoted. After that he was known (both in print and in passing) as "Rear Admiral Joe Pilot".
Realistically, the only suffix that I would consider adding to my name on a business card is PhD, Esq, MD, or within the aviation world, CAM. On my business card I list myself as:
Flyer Josh
Professional Pilot / Flight Instructor
In the past when writing professional correspondence / letters of recommendation, I'll close them with:
Flyer Josh
Line Captain, Canadair Barbie Jet
ABC Corporation

That was me..Dont be jealous.
I also have this on the lower drivers side of my car windshield. I think it commands the respect I deserve.
In all seriousness...I only use any form of aviation title when appropriate. If I send in a letter of recommendation (not worth a whole lot) I sign it Captain John Doe.
