Default HF radio Procedures

Does anyone know where in the aim or Far's I could find out the procedures for HF radio operation for flying to the carribean?
Maybe a website for info.

Where exactly are you going? I've been all over the Caribbean VHF with no issues. Bermuda is HF for a short period of time but that is about it.

Where are you departing from that will put you so far offshore that you are out of range of a VHF signal? What altitude etc... I've flown the Caribbean ALOT in both GA and in 121 ops. Maybe I can help.

We are departing from the Delaware and plan to cruise at FL390. Im not sure if we would have to use the HF radio but I wanted to read up on it. Just in case.
