"Ultra precise clock shows relativity always in force"

Physicists have shown, using ultra precise clocks, that a twin traveling 20 mph will be a fraction of a nano second younger that his twin that stays at home. So all the jet jockeys, set mach .82+ and go

however

The same study shows that if one of the twins was at altitude, he would age slightly more than his earth bound twin due to earth's gravity..so maybe .82+ @ 50 agl??
