Interesting clip. I am sure she did not "just show up", negotiations had gone on for some time, judging by the crowd. She was sent in for a purpose and was waiting for the proper moment. The initial charge is enough to induce a startle response in the target and it looks very similar to a dao attack in wushu-wonder where that came from?

Good results are often astounding to savages. It is viewed as some sort of magic, but it isn't anything but good training.
It is hard to argue with good results. No long involved chases on the Interstate at 25 MPH, no daylong negotiations.
Things get settled and life goes on. Cultural diversity, aren't we supposed to embrace it?
Luck had almost nothing to do with what you saw.
And yes they do have sniper teams, but they don't waste them on the cheap stuff.
