My favorite is #4 - the picture of your hometown across the water. It looks like a great little town to call home. What is the actual name of the town?

Very nice shots. Not many of us get to travel such a wonderful road filled with beauty instead of traffic. Thanks for sharing those fantastic views.

Thank you. The town is Haines.

Thanks. I love driving that road, although my opinion changes slightly driving it in the winter.

I just looked up where your home town is and I've got to say that it is in an area that I have always wanted to visit. In what seems to me as 'many moons ago' - I wanted to be a Alaskan Bush Pilot and my main area of interest to fly in was the whole southeastern part of the state - Sitka, Ketchikan, and now I can add Haines to the list!

I am slightly biased, but I think Southeast Alaska is the most beautiful part of the state.

Thumbs up

Definately agree with you AS. SE is the best!! Is the Fogcutter still there? Its been a while since I watched MNF at 5pm. Jumpseating in SE Alaska is unlike anything else in the world. You just cant beat the scenery. Great Pictures!
