NCAA hoops
I'm more of an NHL fan and don't know a lot about basketball. I saw that Syracuse lost in the Big East tournament after having a dominant season.
So here's the question: how do teams like Syracuse typically fare in the NCAA tournament? Does the league tourney loss kill their momentum, or do they resort to regular season form? Or is there no trend?
Which teams do you basketball experts like for the final four?

Cuse will be fine - North Carolina lost the ACC tourney last year and won it all, IIRC.
All I care about is my KENTUCKY WILDCATS (Yes, I went to Purdue but they fell apart in the Big 10 tournament and I grew up just a couple miles from UK campus in Lexington) making it back to another Final Four...
