So what you are saying is that you are comfortable with restricting another person's rights based on your perceived unsecure feelings. Or to put it another way, it's OK to punish the son for the father's crime?
I'm not advocating a free pass to all, but how about we apply common sense and reasoned thinking to the National Security debate instead of knee jerk reactions and jingoistic feelings.

Um no i think you took my post out of proportion...
If its a matter of national security i absolutely would restrict the sons rights because of the father... in all cases... No... But in terrorism where that stuff seems to stay in the family yes i absolutely support that. If the father however shot someone in a bank and killed them i would not restrict the sons right to own a weapon. There are deff big differences and depends on the circumstance. In this one it however i do support that.
Sucks for him but it keeps us safer...im all for it.
I dont dont think its MY perceived unsecure feelings... Someone in their family planned an attack using PLANES that killed 3000 people.... I dont think its something i thought up... i think allowing anyone close to this monster access to an FAA license to fly planes is asking for disaster.
