Did the Airbus even have internet?
There is a lot of talk about the whether or not the Northwest crew was sleeping or using laptops. This might be a silly question, but in all the media uproar, did anyone check to see if that Airbus even had internet capability? I am assuming of course that they needed the internet to use the scheduling system.

On airliners which do have wifi, there is nothing to prevent the flight crew from using it if they were so inclined. If you have to pay for it, you would obviously be leaving a paper-trail (most pilots are too cheap to pay for wifi though).
