Anybody else happen to notice the unusual celestial activity tonight (09/19)? Looked like a large area being sprayed out from a single point that was initially bright white and faded away fairly quickly. I've seen plenty of meteor showers and it looked nothing like that. I noticed it looking east around 7:50pm local, east coast time (I'm in Virginia).

I know a little over a week ago there was a similar sighting and it turned out to be waste management of the space shuttle. Now that the shuttle is down, perhaps it was the space station? I checked the tracker and it was faaaar from here. And no, I wasn't knee deep in the moonshine. Someone help me out before I go take some crazy pills. I was with a few other people who spotted it at the same time as I did.

*update* After scouring the internet, it seems tons of people between here and NJ are 'twittering' about the strange trapezoidal shape. I'm still at a loss. Either way, pretty neat.
