Typically you aren't going to find an airline job until you're 18 for liability and work rules/safety reasons (at least here in the US). You might be able to find a job out at one of the local airports working the ramp though at an FBO or flight school- they tend to have more relaxed policies and restrictions.

I began working on the ramp at 16, across the nation though, in Victoria. It's also 18 here in Canada, but I knew someone within the airline that helped me get my job. So, unless you have someone within the airline that has a say in hiring, you'll have to wait it out for a couple years. I suggest the same as FlyerJosh, try a FBO or flight school. They are always looking for linemen.
