Default Aging and retirement

I had the opportunity to read the 6/27 edition of the Economist. The special report was about the implications of aging populations and their effects on future budgets, geopolitics, public policy, etc. This report is available on line at the link below. The link takes you to the lead article, to the right of the picture, under a header called related items, are about ten more articles that appeared in the print issue on this subject.

I know that there are few issues that generated as much heat on this website as the age 65 legislation. I thought the Economist's treatment of this subject was informative and interesting. If you care about this issue it might be worth a read.

As an aside, aviation and pilot retirement ages were not mentioned (that I noticed) in any of these articles.
