Need some insight on Aviation LAW!!
Any of you airline guy’s know anything about the position of lawyers on-staff for airlines! Just inquisitive on the demand of the job and the salary estimates if applicable. Also in your opinion, what different position can you serve as a lawyer working for a major, regional etc....

I'm not an expert but my guess is that it would be more profitable for a lawyer to work for a firm that focuses on labor law and contracts services to airlines. I know ALPA pays their legal staff well AND they represent living breathing people instead of an enity that only exists on paper.
I think you'll get a few spirited responses....standby.

I do not know if you are a lawyer, but my advice to new attorneys and my law students (and now to you) is to do something you love, not for the money. This is very similar to what I hear about pilots - they fly because they love it and cannot imagine doing anything else. Life is so much better if you enjoy what you do, instead of dreading each day at work.
Life is short. Grab the joystick by the, well, stick and take off! Good luck in whatever you decide to do.
