I think if I were camping in the woods and saw one of those things it would creep me out fairly efficiently, haha.

... ok, I just finished watching the whole thing ... that damn thing actually can balance itself ... INSANE!!! But completely cool!

Default Fascinating

The concept: a machine that can tote the heavy bulk of war (food, bullets, tents & bed rolls, etc) over any possible terrain is great. The fact that they've done it is remarkable. I was really impressed by its abilities over ice.

What is fascinating (and creepy) is how life-like the legs move.

Anyone else think of Terminator when you watched this?

Of course, trying to sneak-up on your enemy with this thing sounding like a deranged chain-saw won't help tactically (unless your enemies are Druids, and it may terrorize them into a panic).

It is really no more capable than your everyday pack mule, a very expensive pack mule at that, but what final form will it take?
Perhaps a model fifty feet at the withers with a 1500HP turbine power plant, armor and weapons. That would scare anybody.
