Holy moley. What a bizarre set of mean neighbors.

Who knows whats going on there. I think it's great that the three people have been ordered to pay his legal fee's. If CPS and a judge throw it out, there is no basis for the neighbor's complaints other than he may have gone over to the kids house who was picking on hos son, and that kids dad was being a jerk just like his son. The apple dosen't fall to far from the tree.

In the spirit of sharing the courts should allow that Marine to return that small settlement to his neighbors. One roll of pennies at a time with a twenty pound sledgehammer, it's for the children.
