As the title suggests, please share the most arcane and useless bit of knowledge or factoid from your aviation career.
For example:
The stall warning disc on the B727 spins at 720 degrees per second - counterclockwise.

If you look at runway centerline lighting, it is on the opposite side of where the normal turnoff direction is(ie., right side of the centerline stripes for a left turn off). I was told this by someone once and it was true everytime I'd remember to check.

Which two letters of the alphabet are not found on any placard on the FE panel of the 727? (I used to know, but now I can't remember.)
