Number 50 is a great question. With the vast number of situations you can encounter in baseball, it's a great example of how no other sport can be discussed in such a way that baseball can be. It reminds me of the book "So You Think You Know Baseball", which is an old book, but my dad still had it around from when he was a kid. It made those long car trips a lot more interesting and bearable. If you can find a copy I suggest picking it up.
As for opening day, I'm almost as excited to see the Mets' home opener at Citi Field. But it's still great to have baseball back.
