Yeah, the PC12 is 140 kts slower than the CJ2, but what does that really mean?
Three hours in the CJ2 will be about 1260 nm. In the PC12, the same flight takes 4 1/2 hours.
A flight coast to coast, it would only take 3 hours longer in the PC12.
If you are worried about the singles, don't. The PT-6 engine is bullet proof.
Another option would be to buy two planes: one for the pax and one for the bike. Even if the freighter was slow, you would only need to send it out the day before to meet you.

Maybe you read Flying magazine, too, but these guys say they do air ambulance/cargo doors on anything Citation from a 500 to a 560.

I was thinking that cargo doors would only be available/common on the older Citations. Maybe I was wrong, but they also claim they can make a older plane go almost as fast as a CJ:
