Mac/iphone logbook... reviews?

Writing a native application for iPhone requires you to jump through some significant (non technical, mind you) Apple hoops. And they just now really opened up the platform, if memory serves, so it might take a while.
The good news is (background: I am an ADC member but haven't looked at the iPhone dev environment, although I can guess) that there are significant commonalities between the iPhone's environment at Mac OS X itself, so maybe it won't be *too* lengthly a process. It's exciting.

I use OnlineLogbook.net
Its free and does everything the pay software does, and probably more. Plus, since it's online, it will work on any platform that has a web browser. Including the iPhone.

Your option implies to me that I must be online to log the times.

Well, the problem is I’d like to be able to duplicate the 'little red logbook' on my iPhone; in other words I’d like to be able to dot down out/in times, landings, etc without having to access the internet. Once, I’m home I'd like to sync it to the main logbook.

I just have a piece of paper I write times on, which I then enter into my permanent logbook database when I get home. To me it kinda seems cumbersome to log flights into a logbook application while I'm on the road... I'd be afraid I'll forget to log a leg or something and not realize it until it's too...

Oh. Then why not just use a notepad.exe type program on your phone (it should have one), then when you get home, enter the data into the permanent logbook.

I’m sure the application is already out there or will come out soon... In fact, if I had a Mac I'd be getting this logbook: http://coradine.com. However, I'm still a PC addict so I might have to wait just a tad longer...
