Thats true. But what I was refering to was that when they gave hitler the plans for the ME262 he insisted it be used as a bomber. I agree if they had deployed in the proper numbers the American bombers would have been descimated. If the German Generals had been able to conduct the war the way the allied generals were the whole war would have had a very different outcome. I still think we ( The Allies ) would have prevailed because the germans could not meet our war production.

"If" the Germans had a rational leader, WWII might not have started to begin with, and "if" it had started (due to the Versailles treaty, Japanese aggression, etc. etc), the Holocaust may have been avoided.

To all the what-if "historians" trying to analyze hitler's military "strategy" and attempting to ascertain all the ways the Germans might have won....please keep that in mind.

Thank God hitler did not have any military competence. Let's make sure no one like that ever gets to the point where he can start that kind of sh!tstorm ever again...Chavez included.
