Venezuela's SU-30 Sukhoi combat jets

yea, I really doubt we were trying to spy, I mean honestly, If we were, they would have no idea we were there... I mean cmon the f22 could fly right on in and bomb the **** outta of them and never be caught on radar.
As far ass who would win, I cant give an unbiased answer to that question, but my humble, but usually correct opinion is any fighter pilot in the USA.

My guess is two Su-30s could handle an S-3 pretty easily
We might take a lesson from what happened to some "eager bevers" in Cuba in 1996 (see shootdown) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brother...tdown_incident

Not to play devil's advocate, but what would you expect them to do when we stray into their airspace? Would we not react to a Venezuelan incursion? It's a bit arrogant to laugh about what would happen if they scrambled fighters to intercept. This is the real world, not the 5th grade playground.

True... But the last place any pilot in the world wants to be is flying along and then be lit up by and american fighters radar. id ont care what country you are from. Granted it wasnt a fighter.

well if the USA Gov is fighting against Narco traffickers, and neighboring countries have nothing to hide (Venezuela, Ecuador) they don't mind if the intrusion is for the best.!!!!!
But with a lunatic in power!!!!!!!
