here is a link to a NTSB site that has the transcribe report of the flight recorder on the pinnacle ferry flight that crashed in missouri. Kinda scary to think about how there pilots had no idea what they were doing.

http://www.ntsb.gov/Events/2005/Pinn...VR_Factual.pdf

if this has already been posted sorry. thought some on here would like to read it for themselves.

Unfortunately I think it is a matter of time before an accident such as this happens with pax on board. You get the "Wunder Captain" who is 23 1/2 years old, had 250 hours when hired and no real clue about aerodynamics, aviation and the harshness of fate, and the 250 hour "Wunder FO" who is hanging 10 dude, put them together and... I'm no Chuck Yeager, but over riding the stick pusher??? Our only hope is for the FAA to perhaps raise the minumums for FOs so you start to get more mature new hires. Don't think the llow cost regionals want that though.
I have even seen these types at my airlines. Had one FO talk about how he and a captain with an empty airplane (only FAs on board), climed up to high flight levels, put the auto pilot on, turned up the speakers, then went back to the cabin and chilled with the FAs in the first row on the flight home. Scary.
