APC is about discussing issues that pertain to the professional piloting career. I watched the whole video. I think the point is that first year pay for regional F/O's is not very good.
As the OP, it would be great if you had some comment to go along with your video.

Whatever ever happened to that comedy where the captain comes on and starts describing a bunch of handguns the flight crew has... it was a satire of the FFDO program... quite funny.
