The best all time was the IGS 13 at the old Hong Kong especially with a left crosswind. It is hard to describe the descent through the buildings eye to eye with people sitting on their balconies spot the checkerboard and then make a 47deg heading change to a runway built in the middle of the harbor. Very Cool. There some great pictures on airliners.net

Harbor visual into PWM. Start over the ocean, and you snake your way into the harbor careful to remain over the water as the waterway shrinks to less then a couple hundred yards wide(and still snaking around like a little river)lining up on the runway. Great views of all the fishing boats, and of Portland all the way to the airport.

Yeah thats a tough one. Back in the day used to love the vor 23 Deland Fl. with 5 otters @ 13.5k dropping 100 meat missiles. aka skydivers. straight at your airplane. good times.

You haven't lived until you fly either a visual or a non-presicion into Mexico. My favorite VOR/DME 1 to rwy 13 at BJX (Leon, Mexico), love doing it on green needles autopilot off. Also the ILS rwy 5R into Mexico with the side step to 5L (making it a visual) and the Mateo transition...now that's flying.
Hell, I'd say any approach into Mexico at night is a kick in the ass.
