You have the right to say what you want. They have the right to say what they want. If you're going to get your shorts in a twist do it over something important.

Yeah I get upset to see that the news is reported improperly... and even more than it is exaggerated for news entertainment. And im not wearing shorts.

Did you even see the crap they were saying in that 45 minutes on TV?

Its unbelievable how the press has to take things and make them far more dynamic and exagerated for entertainment and excitment purposes.

Did anyone else notice that 3 times an airline captain was speaking about the incident via cellphone and as soon as the captain gets to saying anything along the lines of "You know this really is not that huge of an ordeal" or "Everything will turn out fine here, its just one of those abnormal things" the airline captain was immdediately interupted by the news anchor saying "Oh we have breaking news on the situation so lets take it down live down at the airport where Joan has the latest on the story...." and then the news reporter at the airport is kind of surprised and says a complete recap of what we already freggin know.

Meantime they show 8 different 737's in the background landing and on each freggin airplane the news anchor has to interupt everyone to say "Wait, I think this could very possibly be the airplane... does anyone know if this is the actual airplane or not??" Well I have some news for you moron, that 737 looks EXACTLY like every single other 737 that flew by in the last 10 minutes and you dont need to know anything about airplanes- it really is about as hard as telling the difference between a semi-truck and a compact car.

Oh but its not done yet. They also reported how American MX is in the control tower now talking to the pilots about how to safely land the aircraft. How many things can you find wrong with that statement.

If I hear a reporter say one more time "We have not gotten word yet if they are going to foam the runway or not" I am going to snap. People, we stopped foaming runways in the 80's just incase you have been living in a cave for the last 20 years.

It doesnt end there either.... But for god's sake I gotta calm down.
It was the foam that got me!
