The only way to explain that is to tell you to rent the movie Super-Troopers...I'm laughing just thinking about it, well worth the money.

ive heard meows on...the riddle practice area frequency, daniel webster college frequency, Ops in SJU, the caribean air to air frequency, LGA ops, cle ops, cvg ops....cant say i have heard any meows on any center frequencys though
