Overheard the other day in IAD:

ATC: "United 1234 (a 737), follow the United Express E170 on Delta."
UAL: "Roger, we'll follow the "big little guy', United 1234"
ATC: "Shuttlecraft 5678, the UAL 737 will give way to you"
Shuttlecraft: "Roger, we'll lead the 'little big guy' out to the runway..."

My dad told me about this one when he was flying for Aeroamerica. This was a transmission at Karachi between Karachi Approach and an Air China 747. The Air China guy had a thick, almost not understandable accent. Didn't speak or understand english that well.

Karachi: Air China 123, turn left heading 040, vectors to final.
Air China: Ehhh...Rogah, tunning left 040, Air China 123.
Karachi: Air China 123, cleared ILS, maintain 4000 until established. Eh, latest weather is information ecco: Wind calm, ceiling 500 overcast, moderate rain. Contact the tower, have a nice night!
Air China: Eehhh....Cleared ILS, maintain 4000 until established........Eeehh, Kalachi...can you weepeat ATIS.
Karachi: Air China 123, Wind Calm, ceiling 500 overcast, moderate rain.
Air China: Ehh....Thankyou, Karachi.........Ehh.....Please say again.
Karachi: <obviously getting irritated> Air China 123, WIND CALM......CEILING.....500 OVERCAST.....MODERATE RAIN!!
Air China: Aahh...Rogah......But, eehhh....what wain? what es wain?
Karachi: what wain? what wain? I don't know what wain is either. Do you mean rain?!!? YOU MEAN RAIN?? <this guy is ****ed now> THERE"S WATER FALLING FROM THE SKY, AIR CHINA 123!!!
Air China: Aahh, rogah!
Karachi: Now, Air China 123, contact the tower on 119.40! That's the big tall building at the airport with the glass on top.

I found it hilarious!

The blackbird asking for FL 650 and the controller telling him that if he can climb to 650 he can have it, the Blackbird said "Sir we don't want to climb to 650 we want to descend to FL650"

It was not what ATC said, but I did fly for a charter that had a pilot who always rushing his flights. One busy afternoon as this pilot was rushing his flight I called him on the radio as he was taxing out, and asked him if he had forgot anything for his flight? He called back and said he could not think of forgetting anything and was on his way. I then told him to take a look in the back. He calls back on the radio and says he is returning to the gate to board his passengers!
