Don't act like you are trying to hide something and it won't be a problem, unless of course you are already on the list.

"said they are concerned they were singled out because of racial or religious profiling"
While I'm not entirely against profiling(Just like stereotypes, they didn't become a stereotype if that certain group of people didn't behave a certain way etc..). But there has to be a reason that can be explained why XXX is getting this treatment vs. YYY. This is obviously an abuse of the system and I don't agree with it. I would think info sent via the internet to be much more of a threat.

Before it got split up into two, immigration lawyers in Seattle used to call the INS the Interrogation and Nazification Service. I haven't been able to think of what would be appropriate for the CBP (Customs and Border Patrol). Any ideas from the board would be appreciated.
Hearing reports like this where half-witted agents act with impunity just gives this old legal aid lawyer the heebie jeebies.

Just have your laptop launch this window as soon as it fires up.
Then watch the faces on the TSA guys.

It is now ICE and the days of moving around with a Library card are over:

They aren't all complete idiots, some lack a few parts yet.
