Haven't seen the movie (yet), but I wonder if they have to be swashbuckling things like those mentioned or can they have to do with subtle, less dramatic desires? How about
1. achieve inner peace
2. learn to control anger
3. get control of my finances
4. find a new way to help others
5. understand what human life is about
6. add 20 points to my IQ
7. focus my energies better on goals
8. become a better engineer (what I do)
9. overcome laziness
10. improve as a pilot
If they have to be swashbuckling things then I guess I am out of luck, I did a lot of that in my twenties and sort of had my fill.

Get hired by NetJets for the X
Get my taildragger signoff and a Cub
Do angel flights
Fly a bush plane in Alaska
Fly a radial powered anything
Build my own LoCost from the chassis up (http://www.locostusa.com/)
Drive the Nuremburg Ring
Have kid(s)
