Sears...have clerk make sure they are listed as airport friendly. It is in their MFG. book and they all should have it. I have bought the same shoe for that last 7 years made by Covington. Usually around 49 bucks

Bates Lites (w/ leather tops). No metal, and they look professional too (not like loafers). They are military uniform shoes, but I'm sure they can be ordered on the internet too.

Johnston and Murphy. Its called the medford Y moc. A little expensive but comfortable, looks good, and no beeps.
I'm sure you all know this too, but I've tried a few pairs from DSW because they were cheaper, and ones that said airport friendly, but still beeped. Toke those suckers right back.

Hush puppies airport friendly, very elegant, no laces, comfortable and very important WATERPROOF. I had to walk on the ramp with 1/2" of snow and then went inside the airplane and all the snow started to melt... completely dry feet. I was impressed. Paid 59$
