788.1 Hours.
With three weeks vacation and didn't fly in December.
No office days. No sitting at any airport.
Many great overnights in Europe, Carribean, and Hawaii.
About 15 days off per month.
I love my job too.

200 hrs, maybe 100 overnites. $300K, I DO LOVE MY JOB. By the way it took 35 years as a comm. pilot. Not a free ride at all, many furloughs and job changes. Good luck to all just starting out, hang in there! There is NO crystal ball, you get what you get.

197 days off, 168 days worked

816.8 of actual flying
1051.4 of pay

$71+

pay divided by numbers of hours flown equals pay rate of 87.81 per hour for narrow body f/o 4th year...basically made as much as last year with more time off...not too bad

Didn't end up timing out as the last quarter was pretty pathetic. But I still flew abit more than last year.

This is a great thread. Be sure to mention your seat and number of years with the compnay.

I don't keep track of this stuff to even venture much of a guess other than to say I bid reserve a lot and don't fly much. Probably less than 200 hours flown and probably around 250K. 17 year 7576 Capt at UPS.

Yeah, I guess I should clarify a little- my numbers up there are correct but can be a little misleading. It was all PIC time, left seat in a single pilot operation mapping gig I got into a year ago. It pays great (~75 to 90 depending on how hard I work) but the time away from home sucks (10-11 months).

Great thread, I gotta get my logbook to see. Zeke, that's sweet pay for flying a 172 though!

I know my previous year I had 1300hrs in 135 unscheduled work. All in C310's, probably about 10 overnights. I changed jobs this summer, so I've flown less, but flown probably 20+ different types of aircraft since then.
