Not unless it is the CBA (collective bargaining agreement), which I don't know of any group of pilot's contract that has anything like that in it.

Skywest does not have CBA's, but does does give quarterly bonuses for operational performance (usually small, like $200) and financial performance (sometimes significant). But the 4th quarter bonus would arrive in late JAN or early FEB when the numbers come out.

At RAH you get a bonus. First year sucks but after that they are worth a few thousand. Nice to drop into your 401k. I believe the company calls them profit sharing.
