Using the whole runway (and a little then some)

Interesting to say the least.
The start of the video shows the aircraft moving and passes one set of fixed distance markers indicating that there was at least 1500' of runway behind the aircraft at the start of the video.
It could have been an intersection takeoff, but my guess is they weren't in balanced field (ya think )
At most weights, I expect to be between 80-100 knots by 2000' feet down the runway - that's always been my WAG as to how the acceleration is progressing. If I'm mid-field and at or under those speeds, it's time to stop the jet and figure out what's wrong.
I'm not going to second guess the guys in that video, but it really re-emphasizes the importance of monitoring the progress towards V1.
