Given the fact that 4 of the 5 ATPers in my groundschool washed out, I'd assume they meet quite often in the unemployment line.

Failed. Two in the oral, two in the sim. All of them wasted the cash on that fancy CRJ sim program.

Washed Out means they did not meet standards, did not graduate, and were not offered employment.
