You might look into a leaseback agreement with a local flight school. You might not make a lot of money right off the bat, but it could help defray the costs of owning the plane - and if you wanted to do some aerial photography on the side, it's yours to use... My $ 0.02..

Leasebacks can eat you alive as an owner. There are more horror stories than good ones as far as I know. I know personally 2 people that have done them and pulled their planes because the deal really didn't work in their interest at all, especially the financial, and the care-taking of their aircraft.
