Agreed. Aeroflex has to be one of the coolest airports I've been into... and great people to boot!

These airports are only dangerous if you don't know/respect your and your aircraft's abilities. Short/sloping/curving strips will keep you on your toes, for sure. And be sure to run the numbers on a high density altitude day!! I fly a mooney off a short strip, there's several days where I can only go solo at half tanks.. or sit on the ground and wait for it to cool off.

It's only an airport, not a public road. The runway ends around the curve, and the road.

The grade (slope) of the runway is 11%.
