Is the hound a reasonable suspicion tool used during random searches on command? Maybe. So litigate. Don’t carry more than $4999 cash. Don’t miss your fight. Give that door plug next to the arm rest a good shake before buckling in.

Don't want to agree to that?
No problem.
Don't enter.
Once you've entered, understanding the terms and conditions of being in the area beyond security, don't whine when searched, and don't cry that your "constitutional rights" have been violated. You agreed to the search.
Proof: you're there. What are you doing there, if you don't consent? You gave your consent when you entered the secure area. Next time, read. It's important.

When you pass security at the airport on a commercial flight, you agree and consent to be searched at that time, and any time thereafter. It's posted on big signs as a condition of entry.

I agree on your point of consenting to be searched to fly and that's what TSA does; anything after that is overreach.
This agent in CVG is a complete clown. "Do you have any money or drugs?" Ask TSA, they looked in my bag already. "You're traveling to NY, there's an influx of drugs." Oh yeah? I'm certain all those people on that plane are all traveling to NY too, so you going to search everyone? No? Just me? Probable cause? None? Yeah, goodbye.

Oh, I didn't know a poster with a statement could overrule the Constitution.

Who forced you to take that flight? Who forced you to enter the secure area? Were you forced, unreasonably, to enter the secure area?
No. You volunteered to enter an area in which a term of entry is that all persons and property are subject to search at any time. There is no constitutional violation when you willingly and voluntarily agree to the terms of entry...but entering. The proof of your consent is your presence. You wouldn't, and couldn't be there, if you didn't agree, and by entry, you HAVE consented by choosing to put yourself in that area, where entry is conditional.
You might as well argue that restricting firearms in the secure area is a violation of your second amendment rights. You'd be wrong, of course, but you can play constitutionalist all day long and be wrong, as you are now. Run through the terminal shouting that you have an explosive device, and then try to assert your right to free speech. Do you really think your constitional right has been suspended, because there are things you cannot say in that area? You'd be wrong again.
There's a lot you don't know, isn't there?
Your assertion to the contrary changes nothing.[/size]
Which constitutional amendment protects you from clowns?

No, they don’t belong there. Any dent in trafficking amounts to nil. Going to catch some Brittney Griner’s. DEA is a perennial leak budget billions.
