But I'm sorry to see that you've missed the point. The point is that while red states are not "banning" books 100%, 90% is good enough. That way there's some plausible deniability in their fascist goals. Remember, Vladimir Putin is an "elected" president of Russia.

A poll tax was to discourage those who cannot afford it to vote. Banning books from public and free sources is the suppression of ideas to those who can't afford it or don't know it.

There no test however there are laws in over 30 states that enable states to ban people who are "mentally incapable" to vote, just because they aren't enforced doesn't mean I "made it up". Unlike you I actually understand what I'm talking about and not just cutting and pasting what i've read off reddit and using charged language to excite people. It shows your lack of maturity.

Your point is that books are being banned, I thoroughly deflated that point because those books are in fact not banned and are just not carried in some public libraries and schools for good reason as are many others as has been since the dawn of this nation in all states. So your point that it's only 90% is wrong because in reality it's actually 0%.
