Default Sweaty feet my feet are freezing

I get sweaty feet in my dress shoes. My feet are usually freezing in flight. I'm able to change in socks slippers after and hour or so during cruise flight (cargo long haul flying), my socks are always wet with sweat when I change. I've tried about a dozen different socks and 4 pair of dress shoes all to no avail. I'm leaving the freight world and going to major and won't be able to switch socks without grossing out Captain. Any recommendation for breathable dress shoes and socks that would help. I seriously don't think I could take a whole flight with freezing feet.

Have you considered a visit to a medical professional?
These may be symptoms of a more serious issue.

Perhaps the original poster thought he wanted to do this for a living, but got cold feet.

Sorry. Couldn't resist.

They only sweat in dress shoes so I don't think its a medical thing. I change socks in the lav (then bag them) so no worries. I'll check out the merino socks, anybody know of any breathable dress shoes?

You could always wear black athletic shoes of the brand and style that causes you less problems.

Also, I suggest you see a doctor. It may be a sign of something more, or they may be able to give you a medication that will help.
