Except I’m not WingedBeast, and you lied when you claimed I said the Euros would ABANDON the Ukrainians. I said the Euros would start to fold on them, and that is happening. Look at Turkey and Hungary. Look at the countries that put tariffs on Ukrainian agricultural products to protect their own farmers from the competition. Look at Germany which has STILL not obligated the €100 million they promised for defense and is continuing to put off getting up to 2% of their GDP for defense and - having to make concessions to their Greens may never do so. Look at France which has dragged its feet on munitions procurement in an effort to see it benefits Europe and won’t be farmed out to anyone else. Even some of the EU countries that are the Ukraine’s most vocal supporters are working their own scams. Estonia sent a lot of obsolete Cold War era junk to the Ukraine, billing the EU war fund for the cost of modern stuff they will purchase to replace it.

Nicely organized but nothing particularly new there imo. A shrinking mismatch between conventional adversaries is now on the aggressor’s adjusted doorstep. Breach that line too quickly East, it’ll be halted with atomic force. Whether or not Putin remains at the helm won’t matter much. Regime change, however unlikely, is beginning to appear the only feasible way out.
